These terms govern your use of https://carbright.us// and your purchase of products from CarBright.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, or we suspect fraud. If payment has already been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Product Information

We aim to describe every fluid and chemical accurately, including its specification (such as DOT 3 or DOT 4), volume, boiling point, compatibility and pack type. Screen settings and lighting can cause slight colour differences. Always check the product page and the label on the container before use, and follow the vehicle manufacturer’s specification.

Safe Use

Automotive fluids and chemicals must be used only for their intended purpose. Many products are flammable, corrosive or harmful if swallowed. Wear gloves and eye protection, work in a ventilated area, keep containers sealed and away from heat, sparks and open flames, and keep them out of reach of children and pets. Never mix different fluid types unless the product label says it is safe to do so. Dispose of used fluid at a suitable recycling facility.

Intellectual Property

The site content, branding, photographs and product presentation may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CarBright is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
