Shipping Policy

CarBright ships from New York to the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. If another shipping option is offered, its rate will be shown at checkout before payment.

Regulated and Hazardous Goods

Some automotive fluids and chemicals are classified as hazardous materials. These items ship by ground service only and cannot be sent by air or expedited service. We cannot ship these products to PO boxes or freight forwarders, and we do not ship hazardous goods outside the contiguous United States.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a dispatch email with tracking details. Carrier tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Changes

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible.
