Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from CarBright. If an item is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in the original sealed packaging. For safety and transport reasons, opened containers of brake fluid, coolant, oil, additives or other chemicals cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Return shipping is free for eligible returns, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives leaking, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, the seal and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
